Francesca;

Francesca is the award-winning owner of Brush & Blush. With nineteen years of experience in the hair industry she has earned recognition for her expertise in colour by the ‘Hair & Beauty awards’ for the last three years. She was awarded with 2nd place hairstylist of the year in 2023 in the South West and in 2024 placed within the Top 20 hairstylists in the whole of the UK.

Passionate about creativity and client satisfaction, Francesca continues to push boundaries and deliver exceptional hair transformations that keep her clients returning. Under her leadership, Brush & Blush is more than just a salon—it's a destination for beauty, confidence, and artistry.

Tilly;

Tilly possess a wide range of creative skills including the ability to create both crazy colours and lived-in Balayages. She is very versatile in what she can offer her clients which enables her regular clients to experiment with different trends and chop and change their current look.

Tilly is a highly valued member of our team, continuously providing outstanding customer care to both new and existing clients. Her friendly and welcoming approach allows clients to relax and enjoy their salon experience trusting Tilly’s advice and creativity.

Maya;

Maya has been a valued member of our team for over two years now. She carries six years of experience and evidently loves a challenge. A high percentage of her work is colour corrections and extreme transformations, her niche being Balayages and Blondes.

Maya’s ability to meet clients needs have never gone unnoticed and regularly executes an exact copy of her clients ‘Inspo Pic’ that they choose to bring in. She has a natural creative flair and ability to see colour placement before the end result is achieved. Maya can also offer clients both Nano & Tape hair extensions.

Mollie;

Mollie prides herself on her colour transformations, she specialises in everything from bright statement blondes to subtle balayage, ensuring each client gets a customised look that enhances their natural beauty.

Mollie is also trained in professional hair extension applications, offering length, volume, and seamless blends to suit any style. Whether you're looking for a dramatic change or a soft, natural enhancement, Mollies keen eye for detail and dedication to her craft will leave you feeling confident and refreshed.

Rae;

Rae is our eager and passionate junior stylist with a keen eye for detail and a love for all things hair. Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the industry, she stays up to date with the latest trends and techniques, from precision cutting to creative colouring. With a warm and friendly approach, Rae is dedicated to making every client feel their best while honouing her skills under the guidance of experienced stylists. Whether it’s a fresh new style or a hair extension transformation, Rae brings enthusiasm and care to every appointment, ensuring a great experience from start to finish.
